WOWYoga is a mobile yoga and mindfulness company; offering programs for preschools, elementary and high schools, in addition to our community kid, teen and family classes. We are proud to be a new addition to the Peterborough community!

Our mission is to make yoga accessible for everyone, while teaching and equipping students with tools to support mental health, develop self-awareness, healthy relationships, increase self-confidence and focus in an encouraging and safe environment.
